I saw that infomerical the other day.  Pretty funny stuff.  I actually was tempted to buy it, but then my wife reminded me that we have an industrial strength juicer that's been collecting dust in our cabinets for years. :P

If anything lifting weights will take away how long he can live, it tears down his body when he is that old, he should stick to just juicing and playing some golf.

Or maybe he looks half dead because hes 92. Most people dont even make it to 92 let alone looking good at that age.

I saw him, and we interviewed him (on video) at the Muscle Beach Dedication Ceremony two weeks ago. The guys is cool - excellent attitude, and still drew a huge crowd of mainstream people wanting to meet him.

He looked at LT's goatee and asked him 'Does that tickle the girls'.  Still has a great sense of humor.

Are you kidding me, people from 50 years ago average age now is 70 something or 80, our ages since we were born later are going to be around 90 to 100, easily, and if I don't beat my body up like he did, I will look much better.

You act like you can just sit on your ass and eat like crap and automatically live to be 90 to 100.  You are sadly mistaken. 

LaLanne is keeping his body fit so he can still get around without a mobility scooter, like many others his age.



His workouts can only stem the ravages of aging so much so he shows signs of aging like anybody would.  Still, he is active and has his wits about him at 93, so he must be doing something right.
