if that pic isn't photoshopped it looks less like gyno and more like a super fat guy that lost weight and now that's just the excess skin that has remained.

you'd be surprised how many guys just have gyno and aren't aware of it. it's not like it never happens outside of androgen users. check out the portfolios of gyno surgeons, the majority are guys who don't even work out. anyone here sitting at over 15% bf might have some and just be unaware of it.

Not for direct anabolism but there's Megestrol Acetate. For appetite.

And Synovex for cattle. Don't know if the estrogens enhance the anabolism of the tren. Probably just increases marbling of the meat?
