I'm beginning to change perception of bodybuilding.
« on: May 30, 2008, 06:19:38 AM »
I'm starting to believe that all the excess calorie
intake is hard on the organs, as well as too much
protein.

People who eat minimum calories seem to live longer,
and look younger at an older age.

I'm not speaking about weight training or cardio,
that does a body good, its the diet (and drugs) that I'm speeking of.

I was looking at past athletes that were drugging,
Like Mark Mcguire, Arnold, and some other past
known drug users, and GH doesn't seem really to keep
you looking young, it seems to age you more actually.

Look at Sly Stallone, his physique looks good, but he
is lookin weathered as well.

Most are all show no go!
