I know you are very good at taking advise so here are a few thing IMO, put your feet closer together to target the outer thigh a bit more, and if you aren't already doing deadlifts then start because you have a great upper back and great delts too, so by bringing your lower back up should do the trick, one more flex your legs when you pose. Great Job I knew you wouldn't let us down, you have abs now, keep going and looking forward to seeing your next pics. Dov is the man Grin

if you wern't taking gear like you say, it is an incredible transformation.

what diet did you follow to achieve this?

High protein/low carb...I'm 33 yrs old, have'nt taken more than a week away from weight training since I started at age 14...I gotta lot of mature, dense muscle on my frame from hard work...for a long time. I love to train...period...no assistance in the form of ANY gear..guaranteed

I really have'nt EVER taken anything, so thanks for the compliment. Like I've said before, I love to train and take care of my body. I'll never forget the guys in my gym who were obvious drug abusers. I was 14 yrs old, got a membership to a Golds gym in town, and had no clue! I would see these big ass men throwin round heavy ass weight and they were HUGE!!! They were very intense and I was very intimidated. Every now and then they would disappear from the gym for a few months. The next time I would see them, I swear they looked like they had AIDS!!! They were mere shadows of themselves. They would very quickly re-gain all of their mass and poundages. This cycle would happen quite often. Later, of course, I found out what was going on(remember, I was only 14 yrs old) and have ALWAYS been turned off by the cheapness and laziness of a steroid user.

you're right, I suck at dieting, I always cheat on my diet....excessively!, diet for 1 day and cheat for 3, thus getting in worse shape
you can tell by my shit conditioning (for a contest anyways) I just love eating alot of food, but I'm gonna give it one more try, started today

And your totally right. Once someone has dieted and done it for a long time like  you have, they'll have a newfound respect for those who do.

I think its one of the hardest things to do, thats why there are so many fat, obese, and out of shape people out there. Your diet is something that u have to stick with 24 hours a day, and that aint ez!!!

Great job bro!

Are u going to continue with this and stay lean??? Because I know after i dieted down, i never wanted to be fat again.
