I tried it out back in 2000, shortly after it came out. The biggest problem I had was specifics of when to take it. I believe it was very important to take it on a COMPLETELY EMPTY stomach first thing in the morning. And then you were supposed to wait 45 minutes to an hour before you ate anything (I can't remember exactly what the directions were, that was 8 years ago - damn I'm getting old!).
That didn't work too well for me, because I had just graduated from college and got a real job. So I didn't have an extra 45-60 minutes in the morning to wait before breakfast.
So I started waking up in the middle of the night to take it. I did that for the full 30-day cycle. I did lean out pretty good during that month, but it could have been because of a whole plethra of factors - there were a LOT of new supplements out at the time, and here I was with a REAL INCOME for the 1st time, so I was trying a lot of shit back then (lots of money poured down the drain basically!).
So the moral of my story is, that shit's expensive and annoying to take, and I don't think you'll really see any results... So, don't waste your time.
