Hard to tell......somethings he say are right on and others are flat out off the hook. As far as the GH15/Milos contraversy, I think, no, I know Milos is closer that GH15.

Well, you're an older guy who competed in the 80's. Maybe that's why some of the stuff gh15 says is a bit different from your own philosophy, because well, gh15 is a 90's guy?

Milos is closer? You mean the doses he talks about are closer to the norm than what gh15 is putting out?

At first glance what gh15 says seems silly, but reading carefully it does make a lot of sense. And guys like McFarland say he's right, so that makes me want to believe him.
