gayer than calorie intake per day?

gayer than i dont know what it is now, but when i was in school i was eating 6000 at least a day. I know it may sound hard to believe but it's true, because i kept a log of my food on fitday.com and i had to walk around 3 hours a day (dining hall, classes). It's less than that now of course.

gayer than sounds like good progress so I assume you want to lose more fat and gain muscle right? I would worry about abs until you get more fat off the abs will come in

gayer than yea that's right. I made a mistake of adding weight on too quick when i first started working out. But now i realized my mistake and am bringing everything to match. My shoulders and back and legs look better and if i can just get my legs a little bigger and abs to show better, i'll be happy.

gayer than wow alot of calories - try dropping back to 3 days a week - drop 300 calories from your daily diet - do your sets to failure - try this split I think you are overtraining. Two exercises per bodypart. Just alternate each workout Mon Wed Fri

Mon
Chest, Back, Triceps

Wed
Legs shoulders Biceps

Friday
Chest Back Triceps

gayer than i cut out the walking up and just concentrate on walking down :D

gayer than what would you reccommend mr nobody for getting the tear drop muscle to show on my legs? I do hack squats and place my feet wide on leg presses but i just can't get any development there. I have okay quad sweep just no tear drop muscle. One leg leg presses? Lunges? It's hard for me to place my feet wider on barbell squats because i'm so use to squatting olympic style.

gayer than first its mostly genetics the tear drops. Concentrate on hacks for that heels touching although they are hard on the knees do them slow no bouncing
