Gayer than being up all night with a migraine and then almost drowning in the bathtub because the meds for my migraine make me sleepy but I have to lay in the tub under the water to put pressure back on my head to control the pain.  Gayer than falling asleep and shifting, then breathing in the water before waking up.  :(
