I do bi's and chest myself, usually I do barbell curls  3*8 or 5*5 and then do dumbell curls 3*8 and leave it at that, on tri's I do cable pushdowns, skullcrushers, and overhead triceps extension with a rope on a machine.

What are some good bi/tri exercises I can add?

gayer than I love scott bench for biceps, lean all the way down when you do it, your arm pits should touch the top of the scott bench. Awesome for biceps... then also seated curls with a slight incline is a killer.

Overhead dumbel presses for triceps with one hand is awesome in my oppinion

gayer than typically anitvirus programs arent very good at removing spyware. Try running Malewarebytes just google it up its free and a good spyware program separate from anitvirus.
