gayer than long time no see guys! (no homo) gayer than and no I wasn't at any mental institution nor did I get any experience from practising commiting a suicide. Nothing's changed really. Something came up and summer was crazy and I kind of forgot this place... but then I learned to enjoy weed and noticed that I could get a pound every 3 months I sorta wanted to come back in getbig.... But a 3 month lay off from any real lower body training, you know . I've done 2 leg training sessions and 4 deadlift sessions after 3 months. I have long way to go. But other than that everything is good. |

Gayer than I could barely walk in the first month because of my completely broken toes. But after that I had to watch my knees and so I just tried to bike a little and whatever, since there was a big infection in both of my knees. But I can train my legs again, but I'm still taking it easy on the squats. |
