hello my iron brothers i am now back from the gym where i was training calves and shoulders yes all went pretty well but very hard shoulders felt burning very hard to continue with that feeling in the shoulders but i can tell you that i did continue and do it and finish all my sets and all my reps i went for a little higher reps than usual and really felt the muscle working and the tension and so on and i did it without a bottle of water because my dear friends of getbig i forgot it i can honestly say i trained the hardest of all in the gym at this time and i was in the zone more or less the whole time and only one thing was bothering me and that was the smith machines was all occupied by benchpressers doing multiple pyramid sets when i was about to finish my workout with shrugs so i went over and did numerous sets of dumbbell shrugs instead and i hope that will work just as well for the traps!!!!
