I wish like hell I could show you guys the posts I made on the rush Limbaugh forums during the 2000 race.  Almost everything I said would happen has happened and those guys gave me so much crap for the stuff I posted.  I wish like hell I could find those guys today and shove those predictions in their face.  I had the shit charted out for them and they thought it was so absurd they said I was a meth junkie.  The forum no longer exists, rush had an issue with it and it dissolved into a yahoo group that died out.  But anyway, the last 8 wasn't much of a shock for me, I just wish people didn't follow politics like it was their football team.  It seems like no matter how hard you try to show someone something, your material presented will usually be viewed with mockery coming from the opposing team to be ignored by default.

When you see gas rise almost a dollar in a month you know the government in general, Dems and Repubs, don't give a fuck about the people.  I'm not big on gov't restrictions but you know the oil companies have the speculators in their pockets and are driving the price of oil up.  In the matter of 4 years we have quadrupled the price of barrels of oil and the Saudis are not going to let that go down.  Shit, we should all immigrate to the Middle East where they are paying 50 cents a gallon.
