well it all started because i poked fun at him for claiming he was at the store buying nothing but chicken breasts and rice when his pictures look like he was buying mallomars and ice cream. i even said "i just said that based on your really old shots, feel free to post new ones".

he then dug up a shot of me just showing my tattoos and decided to act the ass and start flaming me. thus i put up a more normal picture, and he "matched" mine. realizing that he looks like he hardly works out, he decided to claim to outweigh me by 35 pounds and point out that "chances are" his upper body "dwarfs" mine.

let this be a lesson kids, when you dig yourself into a hole, the best idea is just to sit down and be quiet and hope someone will help you out, not digging further.

the avalanche is also an avalanche. it's a truck and it looks like a damn slip-on shoe. say what you will about the escalade, it's a nice looking vehicle.

not to mention, who the HELL is buying an escalade for towing and off-roading?? you're talking apples and oranges here. no shit the avalanche is better at towing and off-roading, IT'S A TRUCK. no one buys an escalade asking "yes, but can i tow my quad up into the mountains?"

ripped, I would say no, but im not exactly fat.  I wear a 36 pants at 265 lbs.  My arms are 18" and my thighs are 26" pre workout.   My goal is not to get ripped though, I prefer having more of a powerlifter type body and am not going to give up my friday and saturday night drinking with friends just so I can see my abs.  I know they are there, and are strong as hell. 

My goal is more on the lines of adding more meat and what is lacking from my program is good supplementation that isn't illegal. 
What do you recommend I take?

So I went down to Florida for vacation....had a great time in Disneyworld...

Went to my parent's house for thanksgiving dinner.  My stepmother wanted me to move a landscaping rock for her that they had delivered a week before.  The rock weighed 590 pounds according to the reciept from the place they bought it from.  Not only did I manage to lift this rock off the ground, i was able to carry it about 30 feet from the curb where it was dropped off to the garden next to the driveway. 

No belt, no lifting straps, no chalk.

590 pound stone....an 800 lb deadlift can't be that far away.
