coming along well, though my hands are not doing very well. Gout is painful in my hands and I havent been able to close a fist for nearly a week, much less grip a barbell.

on the topic of the stones, it's worth pointing out that the world record atlas stone lift is 522 pounds by my local man Steve MacDonald. here's the vid, notice how high he lifts it. it's not exactly head-height like WSM.

apparently keg can outlift the world-record-holder in the atlas stone.
