Pacman cleared for preseason practice
« on: June 03, 2008, 03:05:40 PM »
Thats right, i also heard that if he keeps his nose clean he is expected to play next year but I dont think that is as credible as being cleared for preseason although its a step in the right direction.

Cowboys = superbowl champs

Cowboys will not win the Super Bowl.

Romo can't get it done. He already proved that he can't keep his focus during the season. (Mexico trip with Jessica Simpson during his team's first round bye.)

Let me see, Pacman has a problem with "gentlemen's clubs."  Dallas/FT Worth has a high density of such clubs, I see someone getting shot in the future.  And no the Cowboys won't get it done.  How soon do we see amateur porn like the ones shot by Nate Newton and Michael Irwin.   :o

iono dallas had a number of key pickups this off season...if they can get those guys to buy into their program i think they could do some major damage especially considering the guys they already have. I was only half serious about them being the superbowl champs but I wouldnt be suprised at all to see them make it to the superbowl...seriously

I can see them winning the Super Bowl.

But then again, I'm a Cowboys fan  ;D

They have as good as shot as of now as any team in the league.

It will be hard for Homo to win when he's laying on his back seeing stars and saying to himself "damn,we can't stop the Giants d-line" ;)

We'll be just fine if a receiver can catch a damn ball or run a complete route.

I'm talking to you Patrick Crayton  >:(

I agree. If he is going to talk like he talked, he better back it up.

A number 2 3 receiver shouldn't have much to say in my opinion.

I am one of the few who think the pac man deal was an exellent move by the cb's. All teams have trouble makers, and picking up a guy who is trying to save his entire career - is not a bad move. Pacman will work his balls of, sign with another team for a boatload of doe, then screw up again.

But, when he is in Dallas, he will do nothing but help.

Exactly. He has everything to lose and the Boys protected themselves with his new contract.

We just have to wait and see though.

Don't sweat the bullshit. Look how Moss turned out for the pat's. I got of my high horse last year. ALL teams have trouble makers, and as long as you protect yourself via contract, who gives a fuck... This deal will make the cowboys the toughest team in the NFC, and give them an excellent shot to win the sb.. I don't think they will, but I wouldn't be surprised if they did. Take the "experts" opinions with a grain of salt, fuck them.. Most of them don't know shit, and are never correct with their self righteous horse shit.

However, with the new NFL rules - ( making teams responsible for the actions of the players they draft), teams must be careful when taking guys out of college.

I believe that you must fill the core of your team with high charector "football" guys, but when you have the ability to finish the already contructed puzzle - (built via the draft), with a highly skilled player, as long as you have the proper contract in place, you make the move. It's a no freaking brainer, and the cowboys vastly improved secondary will illistrate that in 2009.

Still can't cover Moss tho ;D ::) ;)

It's only a matter of time.  There are way too many strip clubs in DFW and Pacman is just too dumb to stay out of them.

Whats the worst that can happen, they cut him? If they signed him to a long term deal, I would agree with you. But they didn't, so if a screws up, they are no worse than last year. if he works out - (which he will), they improved their secondary leaps and bounds...

I agree.  I'm not talking about whether or not this was a good move.  I'm not sure what I thought when the trade was first made, but I now think it was a good risk-reward move.  A fourth round pick isn't too much to surrender.

I'm only talking about whether he will be out of the league for getting arrested again.  I think it's inevitable.

Me to, I just think it will be after he helps the cowboys...Maybe he can turn his life around, doubt it...
