Can a human being stay in a 155 sq ft apartment?
« on: June 04, 2008, 08:04:39 AM »
There is one for sale in the Philippines for $15,000 in Cebu City which is where I plan on spending about 3 months of each year. All I need in there is microwave, refrigerator, computer table for my laptop which can double up as food table, and a bed. Will it be like a jail cell or something?

I'm curious, why would you want to spend three months of each year there?

Considering 3 girlfriends will cost you abotu $100 per night, I'd say it's a good tradeoff.

that has to be a typo or something.  155 square feet is nothing.

It's probably 1550, which is a decent but not huge apartment.

It is actually SMALLER than a jail cell. March off 10 feet forward, then 15 feet sidewys and there you have 150sq/ft. It would actuall be about the size of a medium sized bathroom.

And $15K for 155 sq/ft is a whopping $96 sq/ft-which is more than what a condo in a high priced major metropolitan area sells for.  ;D

But why are you going to BUY IT> if you are only staying 3 months??

10ft X 5ft would be 50 sq ft...
10ft X 15ft is 150 sq ft which is still damn small, like living in a dorm room.

"pumphard" could probably set you up with a pad over there.  From what I hear, he goes to Malaysia twice per year to scope out the underage girl scene. >:(
