Titus tried to escape out of Cook County Jail. That should be some indication as to how he has been received. Getting put in solitary was his real end game. He knows it is only gonna get worse in the state pen.He's a 'bully' with a loudmouth and a penchant for doing the wrong thing. That had better change with prolonged jail time. I'm sure he was advised...and he went to them offering up his dubious instate drug contacts, somewhat notoriety, and willingness to do anything.
