Good abs and overall conditioning Sevastase, but I would now concentrate on bulking up and getting some good quality mass on your frame. You obviously know how to get cut so I wouldn't worry about packing the weight on.

unfortunately you will always live in romania so having a better body is no compromise for being in a cockroach infested third world shitheap. Romanians are thought of as vermin , or bugs by most decent countrys.
