Issac, I said some things that were totally NOT true just to hurt you feelings. I am truly sorry for that and for the loss of your friend. I am ashamed for that and hope all can be forgiven. Peace

I'm apologizing, too.

I think we're all angry today - and understandably so - and since the object of our collective anger isn't here, then we've turned on one another.

We've all vented and said some hurt words today, but hopefully it's already water under the bridge for us all. Isaac and I have made peace and now it's on the record.

Emotions were high today for some of us who knew her and it was more than "just a thread". Jim and Tre you're both very cool, nice actions on both your parts and I am sure Isaac will take no real offence, it was just one of those days $:-\$

Anyway, all this apologizing could end up in a group hugging and tofu eating situation if we are not careful.

I apologize as well. Emotions are high and it's been a roller coaster ride today for the entire bodybuilding/fitness community. I'm all for busting each other's chops and bantering but just not on days like today.Thanks to Jim and Tre for the apology and I extend it back for lashing back at them.
