Obama Throws Jerusalem Under the Bus

Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama did not rule out Palestinian sovereignty over parts of Jerusalem when he called for Israel’s capital to remain “undivided,” his campaign told The Jerusalem Post Thursday.

Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama addresses AIPAC Policy Conference 2008, Wednesday.

“Jerusalem will remain the capital of Israel, and it must remain undivided,” Obama declared Wednesday, to rousing applause from the 7,000-plus attendees at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee policy conference. Sounds like what the Jews want to hear...no problem right


But a campaign adviser clarified Thursday that Obama believes “Jerusalem is a final status issue, which means it has to be negotiated between the two parties” as part of “an agreement that they both can live with.”  No Comrade Obama made it clear that "Jerusalem will remain the capital of Israel"


Here we go again...except it was a day apart. This guy is not fit to wash my feet. I wish he'd just bring a Palestinian Terrorist on stage and give him a hug...or where a I heart Hamas T-shirt and get it over with. He's so full of shit its not funny.

McCain actually does have legislation pending on GHGs. It's the only climate bill likely to go anywhere this session.

Back on topic:maybe obama will throw HH6 and Douche under a bus next. do a good deed.

I don't really want to vote for Obama at all.  I'm just 99% certain McCain will be four more years Bush style...  All I can do to help prevent that is vote for Obama?

Fine, but Barack won't or can't pull out of Iraq so that won't change. We aren't going to war with Iran because that ship has sailed, atleast for us. Israel might leave them a smoking mess. Domestically McCain is pretty moderate dem, he backs elements of healthcare, he won't raise taxes as barry will....if he picks the right economics guy, he won't be half bad..better then a socialist stealing ur money. Oh and I don't like McCain very much, atleast his policies, as I am a Conservative. I hate Obama and think he's a walking disaster. I was fully prepared for Hil. I figured it would be fun. She'd do enough for the economy and the rags would have to deal with a woman.

Obama doesn't support the Patriot act, that alone makes me feel like he won't use the terrorism scare tactics on us, and won't do more to infringe on our freedom.

No problem, honestly thanks for serving.  I was looking into my grandfather (on both sides) military history.  There is some amazing stuff.  I can't imagine driving a M18 Tank Destroyer across Europe at my age.

Not to be all lowbrow with myself - but recall that time the American who had never even been to Israel, killed his friend and chopped up his body and then fled to Israel?

Police served the warrant, and guy jetted out on a flight real quick. His dad was born there some zillion years ago and Israel refused to extradite him to face charges in the US. I was rather annoyed. Israel takes massive handouts and support from the US, epic rudeness to refuse to co-operate.

Not to oversimply international relations, but slap the guy back on a plane already when the US asked.
