Yeh, it would be much better if I wasn't a 235lb natural with visible abs closing in on a 660lb deadlift after 13 months training

i too am natural - steroid takers repulse and disgust me, they are shit on my trainers. i train this split : 3 on 1 off. I do this: Shoulders and arms/legs/chest and back /off repeat.

i do heavy and light alterantively. this means each bodypart is directly trained x2 a week with a hard and heavy session of 4-8 reps and a lighter, technique based session of 10-12 reps.

works well for me and i look very, very good so much so I want to do mr getbig

I don't have a problem with people taking steroids, it's when they compete in drug free competition that I have a problem. I think everyone would agree. If I ever use (earliest in 7 years time. I am 20) I will be open about it, I don't see the point in lying.

you will be a monster by 30, i mean really seriously impressive as hell if you keep the dedication. very strong already bro . great for 20 and just over a year. impressed

i have never had any desire to do the thong strip for middle aged men. i am seriously considering doing mr getbig though as i think i might have achance if the judging is fair and not based on forum 'cred'. you should give it a go too.

I'm not really lean enough at the moment. I mean, I'm not fat, but I don't want to go cutting too much weight and losing strength. Good luck anyways man, I will look out for your pics! If anything it's some extra motivation

I just switched to 5 from 4. More or less needed a change, also it seems like my diet stays a little tighter on 5 days compared to four.

i train 6x a week generally though if i feel ru down or tiored i wont bother na dhave no problem missing a days training. im also very lazy trainer lol

mike mentzer (yah, he was a little crazy) talked about recuperative rates varying as much as sun tolerance and IQ's.  some people burn in 5 minutes of sun while others can stay unprotected in sun for hours.  there are morons with IQ' under 50, (no offense guys) as well as geniuses with near 200 IQ's.

it makes sense that some people can train hours a day, while others may overtrain on 2 workouts a week (mike called these people recuperative morons)

then again, mike did drink his own piss!!

Mike was right about this and I don't mean the drinking part.

It also changes with age. If everything else stays the same, you will not recuperate as fast at 38 as you did at 28. Nor will you recuperate as fast at 28 as you did at 18.

I don't isolate anything. All heavy compound movements low reps. Strength is number one priority. Typical powerlifting training really. Have been held back a little bit recently with back and wrist injuries  :(

Everyone has different requirements and recuperative abilities, experience, diet, androgens, genetics, etc.  One size does not fit all.

Currently lifting eod: deads, dips, chins, split squats plus rotating flat & inc BP on WO1, arms WO2, shoulders & calves WO3.  Rower for cardio oed 45-60 mins, low-med intensity.
