By federal law, there is no way Jacobs should have had 2 guns sitting around - a .22 and a .40 cal, if I remember reading correctly. They took his guns when they busted him, and it was very illegal for him to own one.

Already, she was sitting in a house with obviously illegal guns, along with a pile of weed, coke, and whatever else they brought out.

They can't. Even if the Earharts find a lawyer stupid enough to take the case, it will get tossed by the judge. Only greedy white trash would add to the pain of another grieving family by filing a frivolous lawsuit against them.

Daves mother is grieving. She lost her son. I am sure she feels heart breaking guilt already. Daves mother did NOT kill her.

I realize the Earhearts are grieving and most likely irrational at this time, but to sue a lady who just lost her child also is not acceptable. I hope they rethink this action.
