-concussion damage/atrophy with the central brain (common among violent offenders with poor impulse control)

-viral (meningitis) brain damage

-altered brain chemistry

1) If he is mentally unfit, why is he in society? If he is allowed to live and be in society, then he should be perfectly fit to stand trial.
