Nutrex Volu-Grow product test
« on: June 08, 2008, 01:54:21 PM »
...will be finishing a jug soon.  I'll write more when I'm done.  Can't say i'm too impressed, simply for the fact that I don't see of feel any changes in my body.  Yes, I know folks, it's just a supplement, but they are a reputable company, so I thought I'd give it a try.  Chime in if anyone wants to. jd.

Volu-Gro is basically pure Vitargo.  Some people swear by the effects of it.  It may be beneficial to someone trying to put on mass in a 'bulking' phase, but otherwise it's not going to do much to your body composition, and if you are dieting it could hinder fat loss efforts IMO.

I've tried this stuff before and it put some size on me..I know for a fact that I felt really full from it, usually after a shake im hungry within a half hour..with this stuff I had to force myself to eat the meal prior to the shake, which is really rare for me. But it's great for bulking up imo.

Probably not worth the hype.  Mainly because you only get about 20 servings per jug, which costs a tad over 30 bucks.  It does taste good, and mixes good, and I did feel recovered a bit better, but still.  Probably wouldn't recommend this product, unless the price came down and the servings increased. jd.
