Some New Pics

Some pics from my hotel room after pre judgings 177lbs.  Again wasnt able to attain the condition i wanted, but its a work in progress i guess.  One day i'll get it right, ok bash away..

stay on the diet and compete at the nats, you have enough time to get shredded 8)

Thanks bro, im flying to Toronto tomorrow morning for my NxLabs after's pics.  As for doing Nats i think i'll pass this year, as id be up againts some freaks, and i need to bring up my legs more.  My glutes and hams need alot of work still.  And yes Vince does my diet

And as for the hotel lol, that was the nicest hotel in that town, and that was the host hotel.
