Thanks, yeh i have to start walking at a higher incline on the tread mill forsure, to bring up my hams. I'm also starting to do the staremaster too. |

I agree. You have excellent overall shape. Your flow from your waist to your lats looks great in the front double biceps. Your shoulders look great from the front and your side chest is truly excellent in your upper body. Just bring those legs up a bit more and you are as good as it gets in my opinion.
