Yeah, I was very smooth. In the last moment, everything went bad. But I dont complain it.
I started my diet from too fat shape and i was so tired.
Next time it wont happen. Because next time, I dont have to shedd that much of fat like this catalunya 2008.
So now I am recuperating my mass with lean state. I have already gained(recuperated) 10kg from this contest.
Todays pic 87kg(So I was 77kg in catalunya).
