Yes, if you buy a home for 1.6 Million, on a Jumbo loan which nobody can get these days.

They are still available.  You just have to know where to look

Stated still exists for true jumbo but they are more scarce than before - if you're actually in the market you could look at Downey or Wachovia just to name a few
