Of course we see the messenger being attacked ( his wt) rather than deal with the reality of what he is talking about.
I stopped getting in BB contests 13 yrs ago and in that time have enjoyed a more productive and happy life.
As Ebert points out , it is the EXTREMES many hardcore types are resorting to.
A moderate path for a decent looking yet healthy physique is far better for one's OVERALL well being.
If you give your all to the GODS of bodybuilding, you will end up empty and with regrets.
Moderation is the key my friends.
