Impressed the hell out of alot of people at the NZ pro
Needs to bring his quads up slightly, and more polish (better tan, better posing)
Otherwise he is a FREAK....Lots of potential. At 6'1 a TRUE BIG MAN

Probably both, if he's part Samoan or other islander they have a hard time getting shredded, he's okay, he has no real shape, just arms :-\
