pearly gates = white women = i did retail for 1 yr after high school back in the day, and they were the biggest f##kin thieves...esp in children's clothes, linens and jewelry...but security would allows scope out minority kids hanging out after school.  Store had to write $90K a yr in some departments, and now...they are out of business across the chain of 12 stores.  I wonder why?
