Nowhere in that clip does Jay admit to, talk about, or otherwise insinuate that he, himself, uses steroids....He talks basically in third person, and in general.

Well he never said he took them himself - all he says is that he knows that there are Steroids in bodybuilding.
So it isn't that dumb - and looking for the edge and doing what ever he needs to do is not actual discriminting evidence that he
