you ain't out of shape bro! you actually have some pretty decent size arms. nice tricep and bicep build. nice delts/traps too. your chest does need some beefing up though. try jamming test juice needles directly into each pec muscle when you lift. (just kidding). a few hundred protein shakes ought to beef your chest right up!

Lol I'm surprised there aren't more BOOM! comments. I must be hanging out in the G&O forum too much.
Trying to lose the extra flab around my midsection, started training/dieting seriously. If the 3rd "Mr. Getbig" is organized properly, I may consider entering, if only to increase the amount of competitors from last year.
