how do u increase squat strength?
Well the obvious answer would be to keep pushng yourelf to the limit, and add weights every week, but I'm assuming you're already doing all that.
My other advice would be to listhen your body, where are the weak links?
For example, for me my lower back is the weak link, I could handle a lot more weight on my squat, as much as I currently do on the leg press.
I struggle with 60kg (132lbs)on squat, but easily do 100kg(220lbs) on leg press (at the END of my workout).
The easy answer would be to use a belt, but I don't want to use that crutch so I decided to work on my lower back every single day to bring the strength up to par.
When you're squatting see where it fatigues the most, that's whats holding you back from lifting your ideal weight.
Remember you're only as strong as your weakest link, find out where your weak link is and do some extra isolated work on it to strengthen it.
Currently I'm doing back extensions for my lower back.
