i did a paper tbol only cycle at 50mg a day for 7 weeks

put on 11 quality pounds

It was good 8 weeks ago and it's still good. In my book paper anabolics are a great thing. Look man, i've told you this already hundred times so just try it or dont, but YOU have to make the choice.

Yes i took paper nolva 10 mg per day during the cycle and 20 mg for ten days after for Pct. I'd say that i kept about 80 % of the gains. With turinabol the gains are not "watery" so it is more like high dose winny i guess.
