Well - If I'd had the money to spare I'd consider lipo.

After all it does remove the fat cells from targeted area permanently.

Altough in those pics they have more than just liposuction, right?

I love how most cosmetic surgery could be solved if they dieted or trained or in the case of older people, had trained their whole life rather than do nip and tucks or whatever.

I saw one girl on ET who got a 'neck lift' seriously, you have a lumpy fat neck because you eat rubbish and have never done physical activity in your life. Lifting it will not change your sub-standardness or give you a better figure.

It's like we know a secret or something to looking younger and better. Or it's just that everyone else is fucking lazy.

whats the point?

they'll have thick looking abs..but within 2-3 weeks of eating like crap, they'll be covered back in fat

With the fat cells lipoed out, they're unlikely to put on fat around the abdomen.  They'll pile it on in other areas though, like under the chin, since the excess cals are going to get stored somewhere.  The guys who don't watch their cals will have a really weird fat distribution and will look very unnatural.
