I mean its great that a man of his age is doing his bit to keep in shape but the guy looks a mess in that pic.

Oh come on guys, he looks pretty good for his age and would look much better with some extra mass, which he would have if he didn't overtrain so horrendously, I mean 7 hours a day, come on!!

He has also clearly had some torn bis and tris and that is what is owing to his oddly shaped arms.

His slightly bloated abdomen is likely due to his age and the build up of internal fat - this happens to everyone as they get older.

Your diagnosis is incorrect, this is NOT palumboism.

Dont get me wrong I think its great that a guy of his age is training and from a nostalgic point of view it willbe great to see him back. Its those severely torn biceps and triceps of his. I fear the tassles might fall off them when he runs to the ring due to the mess they are in.

Was a decent amateur bodybuilder before he became a wrestler. Had some serious size (weighed 275-280 pounds). Is lucky if he's 245 pounds now.
