It took him his first 46 years to master elementary arithmetic... His next intellectual conquest is going to be 6th grade chemistry ::)

cq in that thread i was simply explaining to wes what a satellite cell was and how they are tied into hypertophy.

i guess something as basic as a satellite cell is a little bit above these guys heads, and talking about it is equivelant to "rocket science"  ;D
Hey, Goddard, you spelled 'equivalent' incorrectly.  ;)

I see this type of future for PT candidildo.

Working with pro athletes and making good money? Good for him.

Because there's alot more to putting a program together than just going in and "weightlifting"!
Tell me about it PT Joe, set me up a program, I'll try it out and let everyone know how it works.

What kind of program? How long before the event? When can you set up a time for testing? How much money do you have?

LOL, I'm not going to pay for it.........why would I do that?

Set up a diet/workout program, like the one you followed to get ripped for your show, except without the drugs. There is no event and what kind of testing do you do?

If it works I'll rave about it to all of getbig, if not...........you'll suffer for sure. ;D

C'mon PT Joe, be a sport!

Exactly, most PT's are counters, the just stand there and tell clients what to lift and how many.

If you go above and beyond that and teach your clients why they are doing what they are doing, then good for you.

PT Joe gets all butthurt anytime  the PT market gets insulted, he takes counting very serious.

Yup though I see where Joe is coming from, he just needs to see they are talking about the rest, not the tiny upper tier. I own a gym, work little and when people claim there is no money I can only laugh. Joe should just do the same as he is well above the $30/hr beancounter crowd.

No, don't get me wrong. Increasing knowledage is great. I spent many years doing the same, as tbh - getting the very highly paid positions being some counter just won't cut it, need knowledge, personality, papers etc. Good luck..

I think this is the mentality that keeps alot of people from working out to being with:  "find your target heart rate, work at 70% of that, gotta do testing before starting a program, only MY program works, blah blah blah"

go to gym, lift weights, run on treadmill, go home

Tell Milos he missed a great dinner last night with Berardi. He said he would go but he didn't call for the info.

You place yourself on a pedastal like this at home PT Joe?

Maybe this contributes to your inability to have a stable relationship.
