We made this video clip back in the spring of 2007 (passed out hundreds of cdroms at The Arnold Classic) but we've never put this clip up on the internet so enjoy!

I'm hoping that both Jeremy Hoornstra and Nick Winters return to Kings of the Bench III at the Ronnie Coleman Classic. Nick took 2nd at the 1st Kings of the Bench and Hoornstra won the middleweight division so it would be great to see those two 2006 pros return in 2009.

well both, last i heard, are on the horns of hitting 700 raw in a meet, and it'd be nice to have someone in the race that wasn't Mendy.
