Thanks guys !

just saw a regional show yesterday, it was the best thing I could have done to motivate myself at 3 weeks out. It was very motivating seing guys that were outmassed by the whole line-up place top 3 because of their conditionning and hardness

so I don't care about being outmassed too at the show, I'll just keep leaning out and try to be very dry so even if I don't even place top 3 I will be happy with how I looked  :)

Can't wait about off-season time tho, I will have to step it up a notch to compete in the open class next year.

Who said steroids were bad?  You don't care who is natural or not, however, others like myself place emphasis at how gains are acquired.  Face it, steroids in the real world=cheat.  Everyone is a proud user on a forum like this, but will go out in public and hide their dirty secret.  No integrity at all. ;)  I respect real gains bro, not drug cycles.
