I know that Tom had a shoulder surgery or two in his time. There were posts over at Muscle Mayhem where he spoke about his shoulder and how he has to use a Smith Machine to find the right groove and he can no longer use the free weights he loves (for shoulders).
Last I heard, I don't think Tom uses the overnight dialysis machine like the one Don Long uses.

that last shot of prince was good look for him,big but good shape and conditioned,as he progressed as pro and was 300 lbs he was a mess.

yeah. in some shot Prince looks incredible.  Best from the side.
