Consistency...its one of the most important parts of bodybuilding.
Without 100% effort to your diet and training, you will go nowhere fast.
Nasser embodied hard work...he embraced the pain...he lived for the challenge of growing his body.
I can not think of a single bodybuilder, retired or current, who had such a diehard approach to bodybuilding.
He truly was the uncrowned Mr. Olympia.
300lbs with abs.
Perfect symmetry.
Movie star good looks.
A real man.

its common knowledge that dorian trained harder than almost anyone.....certainly any competitor that competed in the O during his reign

haney himself says it aswell

nasser hell of a synthol body had no business going up against dorian .....he almost won against a man with torn muscles that had not been treated by a doctor....

infact dorian shoulda asked nasser where to get his biceps sorted.....and dorian woulda been even better

So patheitc he win the Olympia in 97 (only for convict to steal it) and then the Arnold classic.
I agree he look beautiful physique in 95 (i post first pic)but in 98 and 99 he also look truly astonishing. both GH15 and dogcrapp (who know a lot more than you my friend) say that nasser from the front is as good as it has EVER got.

no on ever manage to combine such levels of sheer mass and symmerty and aesthetic flow. not even ronnie for me as i think his frame eventually could not keep the mass looking good. prime nasser is the perfect combination of size and symmetry. stunning man.
