I started eating for health, and got a lot more active.  I was over 220 at my heaviest, about 180 today:

Both were IFBB Pros and both are still huge.Just a Fact that Drugs are not needed in Pro BB.

The other thread was actually about gravy.  I've found it is low-calorie, medium sodium, and allows me to eat more.

the scary BBer thread was me dissing tom prince, I thought we all knew that ;)

I don't know what my estrogen levels are.  I did use some moisturizer on my eyes today... trying to stay young.  31 today... I'll be 40 before i know it.
