They're not pushing it on your kid... Your kid will get married if they decide to... That's all.

No one is telling your kid that they have to show up to their ceremony... If the people so opposed to it, just stopped giving a crap, then this wouldn't really be newsworthy would it?

If the opposition to gay marriage had just let it go... then I wouldn't have seen it on the news and I wouldn't have thought about it for one second.

nah.  I suppose I could justify it as "they're close" or "they're going thru a rough time, and he's comforting him".

personally, I don't care.  I'm not totally turned on when two girls kiss (cause they're usually overweight and gross... porn lesbianism is definitely not the norm!) and I don't care if two dudes are together.  If I was alone and saw it, I might say "get a room funboys" or something, but I'd likely say something to a straight couple playing tonsil hockey in front of me too.

I do not see a "gay agenda" as you put it... I see there are gay people and most simply want to live their lives in peace without people telling them that they are "living in sin" or an "abomination".
