im using some energy pills and i reckon they will kick in in about an hour so i need to time this shit so i hit the gym and the exact right movement at the exact right time to benefit from the extra bursts of energy!
one hour from now i will do rows and that extra energy will get me me those extra reps needed for maximum growth!
