The best idea the Pros had for supps is selling them to schmoes.OK give me some more of those powders I use a lot.Next day Pro selling cheap powders in gym carpark.HAHAHAHAHA.Fukin supps have very little need when Drugs are being abused. ::)

with 6 high protein meals both calorie surplus and plenty of protein is covered.

no does very little. a little more energy and pump hardly makes a significant difference.

creatine might give a few % strength increase, if that.



So, you're saying N.O. gives you more energy and pump...and creatine increases your strength.

Looks like you're making a good argument......for the other side.

Of course supplements make a difference. Look at Jay Cutler, he takes tons of Muscletech products and he's Mr. Olympia. And since he's never admitted directly to taking steroids, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and assume it's hard work in the gym, good diet, Super-duper-double-loaded-insulin-stimulating creatine and NO2 XXXXXXplode.
