Question for Bob Chic - difference on gains
« on: June 17, 2008, 09:49:59 AM »
As a supplementary thread(pardon the pun) to the bigger stronger faster thread

Do you think there would be any difference between

Bb 1 eats six high protein meals a day trains hard and consistently

Bb 2 eats six high protein meals a day trains hard and consistently takes creatine/protein powders/no2 etc

all other things being equal do you think there would be any diference in the gains between the two

Question for Bob Chic - how does it feel to be 40+ years old and stuck in this pathetic "industry"?

And you say that based on what?

with 6 high protein meals both calorie surplus and plenty of protein is covered.

no does very little. a little more energy and pump hardly makes a significant difference.

creatine might give a few % strength increase, if that.

Bob is part of the corrupt supplement industry and will defend the useless products they put out to the end.  Remember kids, its the supplements, not the tons of drugs I do that will get you to look like me.  God, what a douche.

If you actually used NO, you would know that the increase you feel, creates larger more stronger workouts, thus increasing your muscles. I am sure that many people in the industry, including strength and conditioning coaches, would feel vastly different.

Creatine has been proven, and also by a number of people, that is helps increase muscle strength.

If these products didnt, then nobody would be buying nor using them, regardless of how effective an ad is.

Ron you know I like you so forgive me for saying this...

Your statement was full of shit, the kids buy this shit because the advertisement campaigning are clever enough to
tap in in the believe that there is really anything out there that really helps build faster muscle without taking Steroids.
What these crooks are selling is a (non existing) Shortcut.
Most products out there are pure bullshit and you know it, if you cannot say anything due to conflict in interest ignore
my post but don't lie here and say that NO Explode works any better than a few apples and Snicker.
