Of these 3 Kevin has had the least amount of surgical proceedures - possibly none. Dorian has had a couple. Nasser has had so many surgeries (and more planned in the future) a hospital wing should be named after him.

Actually it's pretty simple to figure out that abs could easily be better at lower bodyweights.
And ingesting far less food.
