i always grunt, scream, make strange faces and noises on heavier sets...but yeah, i always cry of anger on 1-2 rep max on exercises like squats, front squats...
while some f*cking dweebs are throwing up because they cant handle the load, i battle myself through the world of pain and suffering (that makes me remember calf days...)
after this, there is nothing better than drinking some beer with friends to talk about it, to do some carb loading with fried chips and enjoy my post workout window
