Don't train as heavy as I used to - squatted 405 earlier this week, incline barbell press 285, deadlifting 405 and dumbell shoulder pressing 110 for reps. The rep ranges vary depending on the bodypart - upper body stuff is usually around 8-10 reps a set and lower body is usually 10, 12 or 15 reps a set.

Not bragging, but my top lifts were back in 2004 when I weighed around 245-250lbs - did 500lb squats and 315lb on smith machine shoulder pressees, also 130lb dumbell presses and 335lb incline presses. I spoke about them a few years back but got called out by Squadfather as we all do at some stage. As I had no photographic evidence it made it seem as if my claims were bullshit.

The old pic of me that some people might have seen was at the 2005 Olympia Expo where I had taken a break from training and I think I weighed about 205-210 in that pic. Still, I managed a 190lb rolling thunder pull at the Expo which I guess wasn't too bad.

I've no immediate plans to compete but maybe next year prepare for some of the September shows in the UK for 2009 - need a bit more size though I reckon.
